Carousels and Couture

  So while I was at a Giant supermarket, I saw a new fruit juice that came out. The Yuzu fruit is from Tibet, China, and was introduced to Japan and Korea, where they cultivated it widely. According to Wikipedia, it is believed to be a hybrid of sour mandarin and Ichang papeda. I've never seen or heard of it before, and I think it looks like a large yellow mandarin orange. Other than food, Yuzu has also been used as a fragrance, and the Japanese also use it for bathing. So if you don't like the taste, maybe you can put it in your bathtub? Just kidding! Anyway, since I've never tried this fruit or juice before, I thought I might as well try something new. You never know unless you try, right? So I bought a small box (luckily they sell a normal-sized version and a small version too!) to drink. It is very light, and refreshing. It's definitely a refreshing drink for hot Singapore. Hugo Boss has a history of recruiting handsome Caucasian men with  a huge fan base to be their spokesperson. Actor Ryan Reynolds, singer Jared Leto have starred in television commercials and print advertisements. Now, Maclaren F1 Driver Jenson Button lends his face to the perfume giant, not a surprise since Maclaren Mercedes is sponsored by Hugo Boss. It comes in a translucent bottle with a black cap, and Hugo Boss' signature black and red details. The fragrance itself makes itself known immediately: it is almost impossible to ignore the citrus that makes up the top notes. It is a pleasant fragrance fortunately, and I rather like it immediately.
