Juicy Couture has released many perfumes in very beautiful bottles. I love the details they put in when they make the bottles, such as their motifs, gold detailed charms and extra ribbons. They give off such a luxurious feeling, and look great on any table. Even better still, the shops don't just carry paper slips for you to test out the perfumes, they actually give ribbons that you can tie on the handle of your bag.

So I have the Viva La Juicy perfume. Obviously, this fuchsia packaging is very loud and bright, unlike Juicy Couture by Juicy Couture, which comes in a pale pink box and a more subdued bottle. This bottle is adorned with a large Juicy charm and a pink ribbon. The floral concoction contains these sweet elements -

Top notes: Wild Berries, Mandarin
Middle notes: Honeysuckle, Gardenia, Jasmine
Base notes: Amber, Sandalwood, Praline, Caramel, Vanilla

Whew! Seems like a whole lot of fragrance in one bottle. But it combines into a great blend of scents for your senses. Those who like floral and fruity scents with a hint of sandalwood should definitely try it out. Be warned: just as the colour of the bottle is loud, the scent is also heavy. Although it is quite a spring or summer scent, I would advise to use it as a night time scent. Just my two cents.

Schwarzkopf Ultimate Colour 499 Dark Cherry review

TDLR Review: I would not recommend this hair colour product at all, because the shade turned out nothing like the box. Also it is difficult to wash off. Old Town White Coffee Ipoh Hor Fun review

Who doesn't like Old Town White Coffee? It's so nostalgic, from the furniture they have to the food they serve. It's really like a throwback to the simpler times in Singapore. According to Wikipedia, Old Town White Coffee is the largest kopitiam restaurant chain in Malaysia and has over 180 outlets in the region. Can you believe that? I love their kaya toast and of course, their Ipoh Hor Fun. Why go to Penang when you can just enjoy the Hor Fun here? Normally I get those Ipoh Hor Fun that is served in rich gravy, with not much soup. But this one is served in a clear broth, which is perfect for a light meal that is also filling. At the end of it, you won't feel too full or bloated like if you had something richer.
